Description
Deciduous leaf, flower and fruit. Deciduous bonsai, with a spectacular flowering of white clustered flowers: the fruits are small black drupes. Its bark is grayish brown in color. It has alternate and simple leaves, heart-shaped with a toothed margin and dark green in color. Its origin dates back to North Africa and Central and South Europe. In Spain it appears in the Cantabrian mountain range, the mountains of Burgos, Soria and the mountains of Andalusia. Its leaves are so fragrant and aromatic that they are used to infuse and flavor different liqueurs.
