Delivery time

The delivery times indicated on the products and in the shopping cart are informative and based on the average calculated on working days. In no case do they imply a commitment to delivery on the set date. Occasionally there may be longer delays, in which case the customer may unilaterally withdraw from the order, with the amounts paid for the order being refunded and the parties agreeing that no claim for damages, present or future, direct or indirect, or under the modalities of consequential damage or loss of profits, is admissible.

Right of withdrawal
(Except for live plants - see at the end) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. This withdrawal can be made as long as the products are not manufactured to order, except for defective products. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. Other returns
In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Plant - We DO NOT accept RETURNS of plants in general. In the case of live plants, even if there is a broken branch or fallen pots, we do not accept them either, because it is understood that they recover when planted. We only accept RETURNS in the case of an error in the reference requested.
