Description

Thuja occidentalis emerald. Very compact and resistant to high temperatures. It is a tree, or to be more exact a conifer, known as Canadian thuja or western thuja that belongs to the Cupressaceae family. It is native to the northeastern United States and southeastern Canada. It grows to a height of between 10 and 20 meters (maximum 35), with a trunk up to 40-60cm in diameter.

Its ideal exposure is in full sun but it can also live in shade or semi-shade. His favorite temperature is between 10-20 ºC. Tujas are not demanding plants with the soil but prefer those that are cool and humid.
