Description
The Pleurotus spore is prepared for planting on logs and stumps, both outdoors and indoors. The most suitable trees are softwood trees, especially poplar. Others are white poplar, mulberry, walnut, carob, willow, oak and oak. In no case should pine, ash or alder be used. With a box you can inoculate a trunk. The planting time indoors is all year; outdoors preferably in spring.

It should be planted on freshly cut logs. The recommended diameter is between 20-30cm. The appropriate length is 30 cm. Lay the logs horizontal and drill 2 holes about 2 cm. wide by about 5 cm. Rotate a log a third of a turn and drill two more holes. Repeat turning and operation. Prevent the holes from connecting together. Distribute part of the contents of the seed sachet in a hole and cover it with packing tape
Outdoor cultivation: choose shady areas, not exposed to the wind, that are cool in summer. Bury the vertical trunks a few centimeters and cover them with a black plastic bag with small perforations. Keep moist. They will start production when the temperature drops to 18ºC and while it does not freeze, mostly in autumn, to a lesser degree in spring.Indoor culture: during incubation the environment must be very humid and the temperature between 20-25ºC. Place the vertical, partially buried logs in containers filled with sand (for example, in plastic fruit-like boxes). Keep the sand damp. Production: after about 2 months the trunk appears covered in white. Remove the bag. The logs incubated indoors should be moved to a cooler place to start production (terrace, balcony ...)Pleurotus production lasts for 3 to 5 years. It is situated around 10% of the weight of the trunk (a trunk of 10 kg will produce 1 kg of Pleurotus).

Tengo que sembrar un tronco de chopo de 70 cm de ancho por 2 metros de altura. El árbol está cortado a la altura de 2 metros, pero continúa en su sitio original, sin vida. Cuantas bolsas de esporas necesito para que quede bien inoculado. Saludos.

En este producto, vienen las esporas como tal? O estan en una especie de sustrato, formando micelio? O es micelio en granos por decir asi?
