Description
The raspberry plant, also known as Rubus idaeus, is a plant native to Greece, and its cultivation later spread to Italy, the Netherlands, and North America. It is a shrub that can reach 40 or 60 cm in height and in its natural state it grows on rather stony grounds. Every year, this plant develops shoots, which last two years and in the second they develop both the flowers and the fruit: the raspberry.
