Climbing plants

• shipments are made between Monday and Tuesday for orders formalized before the previous Tuesday
  
• erroneous delivery data supplied by the client or that the client is not at home exempts us from any responsibility for delayed delivery or that the merchandise arrives damaged since the plants are a perishable good
  
• We will pay the merchandise that arrives in poor condition for reasons beyond the customer's control, for this the claim period is 24/48 hours from receipt
  
• We only serve plants on the peninsula
