Description
Bougainvillea is a climbing plant with spectacular flowering. In warm climates, without frost, it blooms practically all year round, even in winter. It must be clarified that what we commonly call “flowers” of bougainvillea are not botanically flowers, but bracts. The bracts surround the true flower, which is small, white and of no ornamental value. Bougainvillea is a very tough plant, it is able to withstand poor soil, lack of water and abandonment.
