Description
Daffodil is a bulbous plant of the amaryllidaceae family whose origin is located in the Mediterranean region. The leaves are linear and ribbed and their highly decorative flowers have different characteristics and shapes, depending on the cultivars. It is an easy plant to grow, since it adapts to different soils and climates, so it can be grown in difficult terrain and in full sun or in non-permanent shade situations.

It has very fine stems that it is sometimes advisable to gut. It is not very demanding in water but it is preferable to always keep the soil moist and avoid waterlogging. It is basically a garden plant and can be placed anywhere in it, and when planted in a group it will provide a beautiful ornamental aspect to it. The trumpet daffodil is the best known, having a large solitary flower and a long trumpet of yellow, white or a combination of both, and the color of the trumpet can vary towards orange and even pink, generally long stemmed, some varieties can reach 50 cm or more.
