The bulbs are planted in the fall and bloom in the spring. It prefers sunny places and it is necessary to water at the beginning of the plantation and lightly during the cultivation, maintaining the humidity and avoiding abundant watering and puddling. With a height of between 20/30 cm the planting frame should be 15 cm. It is ideal for margins, flower beds and gardens in general and is particularly recommended for planting in window boxes, where it will provide a pleasant coloring. There is another form of cultivation that is by hyacinth. The hyacinth can be made of glass or plastic and it is a container that fills with water and in a top opening made for this purpose, the bulb is housed just touching the water without touching it. In this way the bulb will develop the roots that will be visible in the transparent hyacinth and the flower will grow, providing a curious and pleasant visual effect.
