The cultivation can be carried out both outdoors and in a greenhouse. The ideal temperature for cultivation should be 20 / 25ºC maximum, 10 / 15ºC minimum and 10 / 12ºC soil temperature. It prefers sandy soil and appreciates the contribution of manure, although it is not a particularly problematic plant that can be grown in practically any type of soil.
