The Aqua Dragon, as we have mentioned, are from the crustacean family, a species called Artemia Salina . You have been living in the salty lagoons and seas of the Earth since prehistoric times . Aqua Dragons' eggs have a natural ability to dry out and survive droughts, waiting to come into contact with water again to hatch .

This special ability to hibernate is called "diapause . " In the 45 days after hatching these little creatures can grow up to 1 cm. long, and will live between 45 days and a few months.
